Rhonda Ross is a Grammy- and Emmy-nominated artist, transformational keynote speaker, and creator of the Tune Your Inner Voice™ Method, a practical repeatable system for cultivating Emotional Sovereignty.
As the daughter of global music icons Diana Ross and Motown founder Berry Gordy, Rhonda knows what it’s like to be defined by outside expectations, having grown up inside one of the most externally defined identities imaginable. Because of this her life’s work has centered on reclaiming agency and authenticity, empowering self-regulation and self-leadership, and teaching others to do the same.
Drawing on her education from Brown University, graduate-level mindset studies, and decades of performance at the highest level, Rhonda developed expertise in navigating high-stakes circumstances and high-pressure environments through Emotional Sovereignty: the ability to stay steady enough to stand and free enough to fly, no matter the demands.
Today, Rhonda delivers high-impact keynote concerts, corporate trainings, and coaching for leaders, teams, and individuals across the world — helping them navigate complexity with clarity, and embody fulfillment through authenticity, and aligned action.
